A primary objective of Tyco Waterworks (UK) Ltd. is to provide world class products and services.
To accomplish this objective, the company is dedicated to:
- Provide products and services of the highest possible standards, to satisfy our customer needs, expectations of quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), reliability and
service.
- Accomplish Quality & EHS objectives by establishing, implementing and maintaining a documented Quality & Environmental System which complies with the requirements of ISO
9001, ISO14001, regulatory and certified product schemes.
- Timely delivery of products and services to meet our customer's requirements.
- Improvement of our processes, environment and systems through our continuous improvement strategies ensuring our personnel are properly trained and involved in the continual improvement process.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with the requirements imposed through
environmental legislation and best practice industry standards.
- The prevention of pollution through the identification of significant environmental aspects,
in particular we will seek to reduce our impact on the environment through:
- Minimising our resource use
- Reducing energy consumption
- Implementing zero waste strategies
- Reducing our emissions to the environment
- Investigation of recordable accidents and significant near-misses to identify corrective actions deemed necessary to prevent their recurrence and to risk assess work activities and to implement identified actions on a priority basis.
Successful implementation of this policy is a critical element of the company's long-term strategic plan. The Quality & EHS Management System shall be promoted throughout the business to enable all employees to contribute to and benefit from a business that is driven by a philosophy of continual improvement in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, Cost and Delivery of all our products and services.
